We aim to provide a personal service. We ask searching questions to understand just what it is that’s driving you, what your needs and dreams are. Then we can get to work using our skills to help you achieve your goals.

We always try to get back to you in a timely fashion once we’ve agreed a deadline. We won’t leave you wondering and waiting. And in the unlikely event that something crops up and we need to rearrange then we will call first and agree with you a reschedule.

There’s no substitute for experience. Learning new skills and ways of working is not unimportant but learning from someone who’s done it before is even better. At JKBA we really want you to achieve your goals and we will use all our years of working to get you there faster.

About Jeanne Kelly

As principal at JKBA, Jeanne Kelly brings a wide range of experience in business, marketing, finance and sales when working with clients.

She has worked in B2C and B2B sales and marketing for over 30 years, firstly as a Retail Buyer for Littlewoods. Then she was employed by WHSmith, where she improved sales by 29% to £20 million and profit by 10%.

Next she became Marketing Director for several North West engineering & manufacturing SMEs, one of which with a turnover of £10 million she helped bring back to profitability after trading at a loss for 2 years.

So having a positive mental attitude and never giving up are traits that shine out when working with Jeanne.

Since 1999 Jeanne Kelly has provided business development coaching and consultancy services to business owners, directors & senior managers. In addition to sitting on CDFI Loan Fund panels, Jeanne has personally managed several government-funded business support projects and gladly uses this experience to help others access government funding. In addition she has developed contacts with universities and higher education institutions so businesses can access sometimes free staff for work projects from undergraduates, masters and PhD students.

Jeanne has worked with over 500 business start-up clients and is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge to help others achieve their goals. She brings clear focus, practical know-how and creative ideas to any business problem and has a wide network of reliable contacts.

Currently Jeanne works as a registered and approved adviser with Business Growth Hub in Greater Manchester and with Boost Lancashire.
